The April Fools Date Dance Party at the Station was a huge success. Most attendees had a great time. Typical comments:

Note: when coming to our events, come with a good attitude and an open mind. Don't have unreasonable expectations. It takes time to meet Mr. or Ms. Right! Stay till the end of the party and give yourself a chance to have a good time. Participate in the mixer game. If nothing else, you'll meet some new people and have a chance to win a nice prize. One of the people attending our New Eve party in Sacramento at the Hilton Hotel won $100 from the Big Wheel Spin by Mix96 radio, one of our sponors. A dinner and romance hotel package were also awarded along with other misc prizes. In Concord, gift cards for $100 and $50 were awarded to casino gaming players along with other prizes.

Our NYE bands and DJs get a great job! I took videos of the Livewire band and hope to post them soon. I think Disco Johnny has some pictures to share as well. (He is the manager of the Groove Thang Band. ) Victor Lawhorn did a great job of organizing a Las Vegas Style casino night at the Hilton Concord. He was busy all night and also raised money for cancer research through the optional donations.
